Customer Calculator Quote Request |
If you can't find the calculator you need in our Calculator Store, you have one of two options:
Option #1:
You can suggest that the desired calculator be added to our calculator store where you can license it for $25 -- with no guarantees as to if and when it will be added. The more we feel the calculator will be of interest to our other customers, and the more detailed the specifications, the more likely the calculator will be created and added to our store.
Option #2:
You can request that the calculator be made exclusively for you (calculator won't be made available to our other customers), in which case the cost typically runs between $70.00US and $225.00US -- depending on the complexity involved and the quality of the specifications. A firm price quote and forecasted turn-around time will be sent to you once we are provided with the finalized, exact specifications.
In either case, in order to create the calculator for you we will need the exact specifications in one of the two following formats:
Format Option #1:
A final working copy of the calculator in an excel spreadsheet format -- free of hidden formulas or dependent macros.
Format Option #2:
A line-by-line description of the calculator's inputs, outputs, and formulas, along with two real-life sets of inputs and their corresponding expected outputs.

If you are interested in a custom solution, please read the following disclaimers before submitting the form:
- Before we can begin work on a custom solution, a deposit of 50% of the accepted quote is required. We accept payments via PayPal, 2Checkout.com or paper check via US Mail.
- We create our calculators using a client-side programming language (javascript, compiled and run in the user's web browser), which means the calculators we create will not be able to store or email information, and will not be operational for users who have javascript disabled in their web browser. It also means that the code for the installed calculator can be stolen from your website. Furthermore, we have yet to discover a stable method of adding graphing capabilities to the calculators.
- It is extremely important that the specifications we're provided with are complete and final, as any revisions needed due to changes to the original specifications will be billed at $35 per hour - on top of the accepted original quote.
- We cannot not be held responsible for any installation problems related to installer inexperience, HTML editors and/or website builder software. Therefore, if you think there's a chance you may have trouble installing the finished calculator, please make sure you can get our trial installation installed and working properly. If you are unable to install the finished calculator you will still be responsible for paying for its creation.
- The final design of the calculator's user interface will be up to you. We will do our best to design the user interface to match the design of your site (if provided with a url the site or a template), and from there you will be free to alter the HTML (colors, fonts, layout, dimensions, etc.) as you see fit.
